This Privacy Policy is designed to help the commissioner understand what information we gather, how we use it, what we do to protect it, and to assist the commissioner in making informed decisions when using our Service.  Unless otherwise indicated below, this Privacy Policy applies to any website that references this Privacy Policy.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to Enoshiro’s services which can be accessed via our website. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Business. “You” refers to the commissioner, as a user of the Service.

When we collect the information and consent

  • By accessing our Service, the commissioner accepts our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and their consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Personal information such as email address, name, and contact details will be collected to ensure that we are contacting the right person when processing an order.

    NOTE: 
    We do not store the commissioner’s other  information aside from the information you provided on our request form.

    Also, Enoshiro does not collect cookies and beacons on your web browser.​

              All information captured on the website will be stored indefinitely for possible repeat commissioners unless asked otherwise.

information distribution

  • We do not share or sell any information in any form to any third-party unless required by law firms for federal investigations.

email notification(s)

  • Promotional emails/offers will not be sent to the commissioner’s email unless given permission.
  • The commissioner will only receive the following emails from Enoshiro’s upon ordering: 
              Order Receipt
                Review email (Submitting a review is optional)
​              Product email (Handover email for the commissioned artwork)
